3. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your service total.
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking via accepted methods (e.g., debit/credit card, Zelle, or cash).
Full payment is due at the time of service.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being retained.
Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pay in full at the time of booking.

5. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Glam Me Chic cancels the appointment.
Services rendered are considered final; no refunds will be issued after the service has been completed unless a specific issue is agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

Arrive on time to your appointment.
Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your skin type, allergies, and sensitivities.
